Bananas In Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 large ripe bananas, mashed
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. butter or oleo, softened
3 eggs
1/3 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda and salt together; set aside.
In large mixing bowl, cream bananas, sugar and butter.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Mix orange juice, vanilla and allspice.
Add sifted mixture all at once.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.
Spread batter in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Spread with icing and garnish with sweetened banana chips.
