Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. water
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix together and bake in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 65 to 75 minutes.
