1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves (approximately 1 1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
vegetable cooking spray

Dip chicken in salad dressing;
dredge

crumbs
mixture.
