Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked, boned and chopped up
1 onion, chopped
4 oz. can diced green chiles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. nacho chips or Doritos
Preparation

Mix cut up chicken meat that has been cooked with onion, celery, salt and pepper, with the soups, broth and seasonings. Cover bottom of casserole with 2 cups Doritos.
Spread with 1/2 of chicken mixture, then 1/2 of cheese.
Repeat layers; end with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Good with corn muffins, guacamole and Sangria.
