Zucchini Bobka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled)
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. grated cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 to 6 strips crispy bacon (crumbly)
Preparation
    Mix zucchini, cheese, eggs, oil, onion, bacon, salt and pepper, then mix in Bisquick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in ungreased baking dish (2-quart) for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
