Beef-Broccoli Stir-Fry(Lo-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean, boneless round steak
    4 Tbsp. white wine or sherry
    2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (1-inch) slices onion, quartered and separated
    4 to 6 large mushrooms, sliced
    6 c. broccoli cuts (fresh or frozen)
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Preparation
    Trim all fat from steak; cut into 1/4-inch strips (easier if partially frozen).
    Combine wine, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder and ginger in a bowl.
    Stir well.
    Add steak, tossing to coat.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Combine water, honey and 2 tablespoons soy sauce; stir well and set aside.
