Cheddar Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 boneless chicken breasts
2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 3/4 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 box Rice-A-Roni broccoli au gratin
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs and basil.
Spread one side of each chicken breast with mustard.
Coat chicken with bread crumbs, dip into egg and coat again with bread crumbs.
Prepare Rice-A-Roni per box directions. In skillet, heat oil.
Add chicken and cook 6 minutes on each side. Top rice with chicken, sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 300\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
