Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American cheese or Velveeta
    1/2 c. butter
    1 large bag frozen California mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), thawed and drained
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cut the cheese into chunks and put cheese and 1/4 cup butter in top of double boiler.
    Melt until smooth.
    Put vegetables into casserole.
    Pour melted cheese sauce over vegetables and mix. Melt the other 1/4 cup butter.
    Mix in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of the vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
