Carrot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked and mashed carrots
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour into a crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown and filling is firm.
    Cool and top with cream or Cool Whip.
    Makes 1 (8-inch) pie.
