One Wholesome Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. yogurt
1/4 c. Bleu cheese dressing
1/2 Tbsp. brewer's yeast
alfalfa sprouts
1/2 c. oats
red cabbage, chopped
1/4 head romaine lettuce
1/2 c. brown rice, cooked in water containing cube of chicken bouillon
bean sprouts
sunflower seeds
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together and serve.
