Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1/2 pkg. toasted almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Mix with next 7 ingredients.
    Top with cheese and crumbled potato chips, if desired.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 2 minutes.
    Good with hot curried fruit.
