Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Hunt's tomatoes, diced
    1 small can green chiles, diced (Ortega is best)
    1 onion, chopped
    2-3 cloves garlic, chipped fine
    Jalapeno peppers to taste (I use 1-2 Tbsp.)
    Dash of olive oil
    Salt
    Sugar, about 1 tsp.
    oregano (if dry, use about 1 tsp.; if fresh use about 2 tsp.)
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate several hours.
