Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2/3 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    dash of black pepper
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Blend ingredients except mushrooms.
    Clean mushrooms.
    Leave whole if small, cut in halves or quarter large ones.
    Put mushrooms in container; pour over marinade (blended ingredients) and cover.
    Refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hours.
    Drain and serve.
