Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour batter into a well-greased 8-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
