Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in mixing bowl.
    Mix with liquid; drop from spoon into boiling stew.
    Care should be taken to drop dough on a piece of meat or vegetable so that it may not be immersed in liquid.
    Cover the kettle; steam for 12 minutes. Be sure the liquid is boiling the entire time; do not remove cover until the dumplings are cooked.
