Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. black walnuts
1 c. golden or dark raisins
2 c. cut fine apples
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat oil and sugar well.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add flour, sifted with soda, salt and cinnamon.
Flour raisins, then add to batter with nuts and apples.
Batter will be thick.
Put in floured tube pan.
Cook at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour, then test.
Use a caramel glaze while still warm.
