Pickled Green Beans Or Pickled Brussels Sprouts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into desired lengths or 2 lb. trimmed whole small Brussels sprouts
    4 cayenne peppers
    4 heads dill
    8 cloves garlic
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Pack beans or Brussels sprouts into hot, sterilized, canning pint jars.
    Remove seeds and trim top from cayenne peppers and add 1 pepper to each jar.
    Add 2 whole garlic cloves and 1 head of dill to each jar.
