Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Remove crust from bread.
Butter bread and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cook and drain sausage.
Spread over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Combine eggs, half and half and salt.
Pour over all.
Chill overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
