Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. melted margarine
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix together caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
Cook over hot water until melted.
