No Crust Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring or almond extract
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring or almond extract
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Blend cream cheese with 3/4 cup sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, blending well.
Add 1/2 teaspoon flavoring.
Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie plate or pan.
Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
Cool for 20 minutes.
Mix sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon flavoring.
Pour mixture into cavity of cake.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for additional 20 minutes.
Cool and chill. Top with fruit, if desired.
