Zucchini-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 egg
    1 tsp. dill weed
Preparation
    Wash and slice zucchini, steam 5 to 6 minutes.
    Drain and place in casserole dish.
    Mix cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, egg and dill weed.
    Spread over zucchini and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes until top is brown and crispy.
    Serves 4 to 6.
