Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a 2 1/2-quart bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Let rest for 5 minutes.
    Pat out dough onto cookie sheet with sides.
    Complete with sauce and favorite toppings.
    Bake at 425\u00b0.
