Baked Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium-size acorn squash
    salad oil
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut squash in halves.
    Remove seeds and stringy portions. Brush cut surfaces with salad oil.
    Arrange cut side down in baking pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
