Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns, thawed
    1 onion, minced fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (1 c.)
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 to 2 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except crumbs.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with crushed corn flake crumbs.
    Run back in oven for a few minutes.
