Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 medium squash
1 medium onion
1/2 to 3/4 sleeve Ritz crackers
salt and pepper to taste
celery salt and garlic powder to taste
1 egg
1 block cheese
5 tsp. butter
Preparation

Slice squash. Salt and boil squash.
Meanwhile, chop onion and grate cheese. Drain squash. Mix onion and squash in mixing bowl. Crush Ritz crackers with hand into mixture.
Add salt, pepper, celery salt, garlic powder and 1 egg.
Stir. Layer 3/4-inch of mixture into casserole dish.
Layer cheese. Layer mixture and cheese 2 more times.
Spoon butter on top.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until slightly brown.
