Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip or Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix according to package directions.
Pour into jelly roll pan (11 x 15-inch).
Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Check after 20 minutes.
Cool cake thoroughly.
While cake is cooling, mix lemon pudding.
When pudding thickens, beat in cream cheese, softened.
Pour this mixture over cooled cake.
Top with Dream Whip or Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts (optional).
