Quick And Easy Lemon Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. jello pudding, lemon (4 serving size)
    1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 prepared graham cracker crust
    1 c. cool whip
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring or lemon juice
    1 1/4 c. whole milk or cream
Preparation
    Prepare pudding mix with milk.
    Blend in softened cream cheese.
    Mix in lemon flavoring or juice.
    Fold in cool whip. Pour into pie shell and let set for at least 4 hours.
    Top with cool whip, if desired, and sprinkle on top a little lemon zest.
