Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. shortening
    self-rising flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast and water.
    Add sugar, buttermilk, and shortening. Add enough flour, a little at a time, until the mixture forms a slightly moist ball.
    Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 35 minutes.
    Time may vary depending on oven and altitude.
