Crab Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
salt to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 slightly beaten egg
1 lb. crabmeat
grated Cheddar cheese
bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Make a white sauce of first 3 ingredients on top of stove as follows:
Melt butter and flour and stir in milk.
Stir until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour in casserole or 6 crab shells.
