Fish With Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish (firm white)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 c. fresh tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Oil a baking dish large enough to hold the fish and place them in a single layer in the dish.
    Brush the fish lightly with the olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic. Spoon the tomato sauce over the fish, then sprinkle with the chopped parsley and salt and pepper.
    Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
    Serve immediately.
