Green Beans In Olive Oil And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. green beans with strings, removed
    1 to 2 fresh lemons
    3 Tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin)
    1 large red onion, thinly sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blanche beans (quick in and out of boiling water).
    Chill and add onion, oil, lemon, salt and pepper.
    Serve cold.
