Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
    8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    8 oz. crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    3 c. chopped apples (unpeeled)
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first 3 ingredients until well blended, then stir in the rest. Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
