Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 large onion
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans clams
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
1 large tsp. red pepper
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Drain clams.
Melt butter.
Cook onion.
Add following ingredients.
Stir until cheese is melted.
If it gets too thick, add more sherry.
