Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Hamburger Helper mix for cheeseburger macaroni
    3 1/3 c. hot water
    2 to 3 tsp. chili powder
    1 large clove garlic, crushed
    dash of cayenne pepper
    6 c. shredded lettuce
    1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 1 c.)
    1 1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. sliced, pitted olives
Preparation
    Cook beef until brown and drain.
    Stir in macaroni, sauce mix, water, chili powder, garlic and cayenne pepper.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
    Uncover and cook 5 minutes longer. Place lettuce, green pepper, tomatoes, onions and olives in large bowl.
    Toss with beef mixture.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
