Cheese-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. If desired, sprinkle bread crumbs on top and drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, covered, and then bake 1/2 hour, uncovered.
