Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well.
    Add milk and flour, blending well.
    Add coconut.
    Pour into lightly greased (use Pam) 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set.
    Makes its own crust.
    Serves 6 to 8.
