Chocolate 'N Oat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick-cooking oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine and mix flour, oats, brown sugar and butter. Reserving 1/2 cup, press remaining oat mixture on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
