Pepper Steak With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. hot, cooked rice
1 lb. round steak
1 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. butter
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 large fresh tomatoes, cut into eighths
soy sauce
Preparation

While rice
is cooking, cut steak to 1/4-inch thickness and cut
into
1/4-inch wide strips.
Mix with paprika.
Allow to stand while preparing other mixtures.
