Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
1/2 tsp. soda
4 tsp. baking powder
5 Tbsp. buttermilk
2 tsp. lemon or vanilla extract
3 eggs
7 c. plain flour (approximately)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, soda, baking powder and extract, then add milk and flour.
Add in small amounts until dough is stiff enough to roll.
Roll out and cut as desired.
Bake at 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 until lightly browned.
