Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. pudding style German chocolate cake mix
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix chocolate cake mix as directed, except substitute 1/2 cup butter for oil.
    Pour 1/2 of cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
