Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
5 c. fruit
2 Tbsp. butter
water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Add water to fresh fruit.
Combine 1st four ingredients together in a large bowl, stirring well.
Add fruit.
Toss gently. Place in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
