Apple Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pie crust
    apples
    sugar
    cinnamon
    butter
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Roll pie crust thin and cut into squares, big enough to fold over apple mixture.
    Cube apples (1 per each pie square).
    Add 1 tablespoon or more sugar to each, sprinkle cinnamon and add 1 teaspoon butter.
    Fold corners of crust together and pinch shut. Place dumplings in pan.
    Heat water, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over dumplings.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
