Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. frozen Southern style hash browns
salt and pepper
1 can chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
8 oz. grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Spread hash browns in casserole dish.
Salt and pepper to your desire.
Mix chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, green onions and butter.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
