Sausage Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag pinto beans
1 lb. hot sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 qt. tomato juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook pot of beans; leave soupy.
Fry sausage and onion together until done.
Pour sausage and onion into beans.
Add tomato juice.
Add sugar, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, stirring continually.
Simmer 15 minutes.
