Nissan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. drained crushed pineapple
    2 c. sugar
    2 envelopes plain Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. water
    1 to 2 c. nuts
    16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 pt. whipping cream (not whipped)
Preparation
    Boil together pineapple and sugar.
    Let boil 5 minutes. Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup water and pour into hot mixture.
    Let cool.
    Add nuts, cream cheese and whipping cream.
    Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
