No Knead Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
    3 eggs, at room temperature
Preparation
    In large bowl thoroughly mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast.
    Add butter.
    Gradually add very warm water to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes with mixer.
    Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
    Beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.
    Cover; let rise in warm place for 35 minutes (until double).
    Stir down; turn into 2 greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dishes.
    Cover; let rise for 40 minutes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
    Remove from casseroles to cool.
