Fresh Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. bacon
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 large red onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 to 2/3 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread sticks or crackers
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel.
    Discard all but 1 tablespoon grease.
    Add onions and saute for several minutes over medium heat.
    Add garlic and mushrooms.
    Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir until cream cheese is melted.
    Remove from heat and add sour cream.
    Stir in bacon.
    Serve warm with bread sticks or crackers. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
    Makes 25 servings.
