Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. backfin crabmeat
2 eggs
1 tsp. Old Bay
1/4 c. mayonnaise
pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. roasted red pepper, diced (can)
2 Tbsp. corn (1/4 c.)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. white wine
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Mixture should be very moist. Too many bread crumbs will dry it out.
Create 8 portions.
