Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sq. chocolate or 4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 baked pie shells
Preparation
    Scald milk and mix chocolate.
    Beat. Combine flour, sugar and salt. Add egg yolks.
    Pour chocolate over egg mixture.
    Return to double boiler and cook until thick, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add butter and vanilla. Cool and add to cooked pie shell.
    Makes 2 pies.
