From The Garden Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. rhubarb
    2 1/2 c. strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Slice rhubarb into 1-inch pieces.
    Stem and halve strawberries. Toss with sugar and tapioca.
    Put into 10-inch pie shell crust. Dot with butter.
    Top with top crust, pierce.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
